Boat schedule

Always check the boat schedule to ensure there are boats running on the day of your check-in and check-out, especially during the low season (November – April).

Harbour pick-up

Need a pick-up from the harbor? We offer taxi services or direct motorbike rentals from the harbor. Alternatively, it’s about a 30-minute walk.

Check-in

Check-in is always after the fast boat and ferry arrivals, typically after 11:00. If you plan to check in later, especially after 14:00, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements. Early check-in is not available, but feel free to drop off your bags if you’re already on the island and eager to kick off your day without waiting for the official check-in.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

CAN I ADD A PERSON TO MY BOOKING?

Yes, depending on your room type this is possible. Please read below for more information about room capacity. If you booked with us directly you moderate the booking via your guest access. When booked via a booking platform, please put in your request to moderate the booking with them. Please read more about our Cancelation policy over here. If you have any questions, feel free to shoot us a message.

WHAT IS THE NATIONAL PARK TAX?

What is the room capacity?

In our Teepee rooms (garden cabins), designed for two, no extra beds are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 free child.

The Panorama Studio is perfect for 2-4 people, featuring a king bed and two single beds (set up as sofas when booked for two guests). One extra bed is an option, allowing a maximum of 5 people (4 adults + 1 free child or 5 adults).

For the Residence rooms, each accommodates two people, but one extra bed is possible in both rooms. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (3 adults + 1 free child).

Extra beds beyond the standard room capacity are available for Rp 150,000 per night. Please contact us in cause you want to book the extra bed.

Can my child stay for free?

One extra kiddo (under 12) can bunk in for free in each room, no separate bed or breakfast included. If you want an extra breakfast for the little one, it’s Rp 30,000 extra per night.

If you’re keen on getting an extra bed for your child, it’ll be the regular price, provided your booked room allows for it. Please contact us in cause you want to add an extra child to your booking.

Can I book an extra bed?

You’re welcome to book an extra bed in the Panorama Studio or the Residence rooms. However, in our Teepee cabins, sorry, no extra beds. It’s not just about the limited space; we also want to ensure that having more than three people in the cabins (including children) doesn’t disturb guests in neighboring cabins. Thanks for understanding!

Where can i check the boat schedule?

As the boat company often adds more rides to the schedule or changes the schedule, we post the schedule directly on our Instagram highlight. Please make sure to check the schedule in the beginning of the month, in the month that you booked. To ensure, you have the right schedule.

The boat almost always leaves in the morning. Keep this is in mind when booking your trip to Karimunjawa.

Motorbike rental is a popular choice for transportation in Karimunjawa. If you’re not experienced, we’re happy to provide a brief lesson to see if it’s something you’d like to try. Other options include walking (especially if you’re heading to town), using motorbike taxis, or opting for regular taxis. Please note that regular taxis can be pricey in Karimunjawa, and unfortunately, we don’t have Grab or Gojek services available here.
